About The Interviewee:

Sneha is a psychologist and a founder and author of HAPPY YOU AND HAPPY KIDS. She is a proud mother to a 2.5 years girl, Vedika. She is a certified adolescent counsellor, a life-skill trainer, parenting coach and has conducted various workshops for school students, teachers and parents. She is a Graduate in psychology (hons), Post graduate in child psychology and a PG Diploma in counselling and psychotherapy from B.H.U. she has also done PG Diploma in school psychology from IAHP. Through this interview, she explains her best parenting practices to raise a happy child.
